Located in a good downtown spot.
-
Everyone was friendly. Had a nice stay. Not too noisy.
I didn't care for the fee for the room safe added to my bill. We don't even use the safe.
-
Great locatio no need to drive around downtown
The price could of been cheaper
-
Good location with many eateries and knock knacks shops within walking distance
Property was under repainting works

The breakfast was good. The housekeeping service was outstanding and timely. Front desk staff was extremely helpful on orienting me to the Dover area.
No elevator. I was on an extended stay and had a lot of luggage and business materials I have to haul up the steps. Noise from the pool was distracting, but staff enforced the pool hours(close at 9pm), so evenings and mornings were quiet. I would have liked some more choice on sodas available for sale. CATV channels choices were a tad sparse. On Demand movies would be a big plus.

The immenties were nice, the breakfast was good and fresh,
Sheets had stains on them. Some of the furintrue was stained

Location. Responsiveness to staff to problem. See box to the right.
On Thurs. evening a drunk was pounding on our door and yelling that he wanted to be let in. Something to do with sex. I spoke to him through the window. He came back at about 3:00 AM and knocked on the window and said something; then went away. Next morning the housekeeper said that he was probably a guest in a room two doors away.

Clean. Close to restaurant. Not too expensive.
Smell of pot in middle of night. Very noisey at night and in AM. Walls thin. Cold air rushes through door crack.
-
location and easy to park near room....near UNH where my meeting was
not bad but outlet on bedside table did not work and so could not plug in laptop there, inconvenient but used other outlet.
-
Pool, spa and breakfast and great little business center. It has everything you need at your disposal.
My room needed more tidiness. It had a strong BO smell. I was also placed by a loud, constant running generator noise for a 3-night stay. After, I informed the hotel staff, they were very understanding. I was moved to a much fresher cleaner room, away from the overbearing noise. With the exception, I had an overall good stay.

Comfy bed and pillows, great water force in shower and employees friendly and helpful. Pool could have been a little warmer. Good deep hot tub.
Booked a 2 bed handicap access and got one bed. There were no more rooms due to 2 weddings.

The reception staff was fantastic and incredibly helpful. The room was great and very clean. The location couldn't be better. A great value.
This is simply a matter of preference, but with a baby and a preschooler, getting a room that's facing the pool (open until 9am) was not ideal. But they closed that pool promptly at 9, so that was great.

We were traveling with a two year old and four year old. We chose this location for its proximity to Portsmouth for a fraction of the cost. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great with kids. Pool and hot tub were highlight. Continental breakfast was good. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Kid friendly, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend.
-
location. friendliness of staff. breakfast.
maybe because of the weather (hot &humid, but room had a strong musty smell. maybe using some kind of a carpet powder with a scent would improve odor.

Jimmy Page is an awesome manager.
